An important part of the MFO’s philosophy is that orchestras and musicians are a powerful model and inspiration for what can be achieved in society through combining mastery of the self and mastery of collaboration.

 

The MFO is therefore a partner of INSEAD – The Business School for the World (Asia Campus) in presenting a series of specialised executive training modules, and also runs the MFO’s own in-house Sounds of Leadership workshop, all of which use the orchestra as a model of a high performance organisation to impart important concepts of leadership, communication and collaboration in business organisations.
